Most engagements begin within a week of the first call. An assessment takes about two weeks from there.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Projects are fixed scope with nothing ongoing attached. The managed operations retainer runs three months to start, then month to month after that.
What do the prices actually mean?
They're what you pay. Assessment is $3,500 flat, implementation is quoted from the assessment inside the published range, and the retainer is set by scope before you start. See the services page for the full list.
