What We Collect
When you send a message, book a call or request an assessment, we keep what you type into the form. That's your name, email address and company details, plus anything you tell us about your business and the systems you use. Booking a call also stores the time you picked.
The forms record which page or campaign first brought you to the site, if the link carried that information. Your browser holds it in local storage and sends it along with the form. We don't set an advertising cookie.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. You can block it with any common tracker blocker and the site still works.
Why We Use It
To reply to you, run the call you booked, prepare the work you asked for and keep a record of our conversations. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who Else Handles It
These companies process data for us so the site and the business can run:
- Google Cloud hosts the site and its database in the United States.
- Google Calendar holds booked calls. Google Analytics measures site visits.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person and not a bot.
- Brevo delivers our emails, including booking confirmations.
- Telegram and email carry new-inquiry alerts to Kyle.
- AI model providers, mainly Anthropic, help read and draft replies to inquiries. Our AI agents work from what you sent, and a person approves anything that goes back out to you.
How Long We Keep It
As long as it's useful for working with you. Ask us to delete your details at contact@servicerobotics.io and we will, apart from anything the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Your Choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and Kyle will reply within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
